The dispenser for chocolate is easy to operate. Chocolate is dispensed as desired using a button or pedal and the auger can be reversed to remove chocolate from the nozzle and for quick chocolate change over. Night-mode keeps chocolate melted and keeps consumption under control when equipment is not used.
